Pavel Gaspar Ram\u00edrez, presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica y coordinador de la bancada de Morena, enfatiz\u00f3 que los usuarios de motocicletas deben comenzar a tramitar y colocar este distintivo, que permitir\u00e1 a las corporaciones de seguridad verificar de forma inmediata la identidad de quien conduce o va a bordo del veh\u00edculo. <\/p>\n
El legislador explic\u00f3 que esta regulaci\u00f3n pretende reducir los \u00edndices delictivos asociados al uso de motocicletas y contar con un padr\u00f3n m\u00e1s ordenado, lo que contribuye a la seguridad de las familias poblanas. \u201cLa seguridad de los poblanos y de las familias es lo m\u00e1s importante. La intenci\u00f3n de esta ley no fue afectar a los motociclistas, sino tener mayor seguridad, ya que la acci\u00f3n n\u00famero uno es regular el uso de las motocicletas\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 Gaspar Ram\u00edrez. <\/p>\n
A pesar de las recientes movilizaciones y protestas de colectivos y clubes de motociclistas en Puebla, el diputado local asegur\u00f3 que el Congreso mantiene las puertas abiertas para recibir y analizar sus inquietudes, en un di\u00e1logo que permita mejorar la convivencia y la seguridad vial. <\/p>\n
