{"id":99690,"date":"2026-07-15T12:56:28","date_gmt":"2026-07-15T12:56:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elliberal.com.mx\/index.php\/2026\/07\/15\/cablebus-en-puebla-capacidad-impacto-ambiental-y-proteccion-del-patrimonio-historico\/"},"modified":"2026-07-15T18:56:31","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T18:56:31","slug":"cablebus-en-puebla-capacidad-impacto-ambiental-y-proteccion-del-patrimonio-historico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elliberal.com.mx\/index.php\/2026\/07\/15\/cablebus-en-puebla-capacidad-impacto-ambiental-y-proteccion-del-patrimonio-historico\/","title":{"rendered":"Cableb\u00fas en Puebla: capacidad, impacto ambiental y protecci\u00f3n del patrimonio hist\u00f3rico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El coordinador del Gabinete estatal, Jos\u00e9 Luis Garc\u00eda Parra, detall\u00f3 ante el Congreso del Estado que el Sistema de Transporte por Cable en Puebla tendr\u00e1 una capacidad inicial para movilizar mil pasajeros por hora, con la posibilidad de aumentar hasta 2,500 usuarios por hora mediante los nueve nodos de transferencia que integran el proyecto.  <\/p>\n<p>Durante su comparecencia, Garc\u00eda Parra explic\u00f3 que este sistema fue dise\u00f1ado para complementar la red de transporte p\u00fablico existente y mejorar la movilidad entre el norte y el sur de la capital poblana.  <\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al impacto ambiental, el funcionario rechaz\u00f3 las acusaciones sobre da\u00f1os severos derivados de la construcci\u00f3n del Cableb\u00fas. Afirm\u00f3 que los estudios realizados descartan afectaciones significativas al entorno natural, ya que no existen vegetales de alta sensibilidad en el trazo y la mayor\u00eda de los \u00e1rboles no pertenecen a especies end\u00e9micas de la zona. Adem\u00e1s, el proyecto contempla la conservaci\u00f3n y el trasplante de ejemplares, as\u00ed como medidas de compensaci\u00f3n mediante la plantaci\u00f3n de especies adecuadas.  <\/p>\n<p>Garc\u00eda Parra tambi\u00e9n neg\u00f3 que la obra represente un riesgo para la zona de Valsequillo, como se ha se\u00f1alado en algunos posicionamientos ciudadanos. Sobre la fauna, indic\u00f3 que no se identificaron afectaciones a especies protegidas, dado que la fauna presente corresponde principalmente a especies urbanas adaptadas a la presencia humana. Sin embargo, se implementar\u00e1n medidas preventivas para evitar la interacci\u00f3n del sistema con aves y murci\u00e9lagos durante su operaci\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n<p>Respecto al patrimonio hist\u00f3rico, el coordinador asegur\u00f3 que el trazo del Cableb\u00fas no pasa cerca del pol\u00edgono de la Zona de Monumentos, declarada Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, por lo que no habr\u00e1 afectaciones. Como medida adicional, los estudios consideraron un pol\u00edgono de resguardo de 200 metros alrededor de esta zona para evitar cualquier posible da\u00f1o, incluso visual.  <\/p>\n<p>Garc\u00eda Parra enfatiz\u00f3 que el sistema convivir\u00e1 con el paisaje urbano sin alterar la imagen de la ciudad hist\u00f3rica, descartando cualquier da\u00f1o al patrimonio cultural derivado del proyecto.  <\/p>\n<p>Estas declaraciones se dieron en el marco de la exposici\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica presentada ante el Congreso del Estado, donde se respondieron cuestionamientos sobre los alcances, beneficios e impactos ambientales y urbanos del Cableb\u00fas, cuya entrada en operaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 prevista entre octubre y noviembre de 2028.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El
